Payment and Insurance Reimbursement
We work with most insurances companies. Participants are responsible for all co-payments, co-insurance fees, deductibles and payment for services not covered by insurance. Payment is due at the time a service is received. Billing your insurance is not a guarantee that insurance will cover your services.
- We accept Aetna, Blue Shield of Northeastern NY, Excellus PPO, some of Blue Products (non- HMO), CDPHP, Optum/United Behavioral Health, ONN, health passports, credit/debit cards and cash payments.
- If you don’t see your insurance listed, we can provide you with a monthly invoice so you can work with directly with your insurance to obtain reimbursement from them.
- Standard fees are based on office and business costs, training costs for areas of expertise, costs associated with maintaining certifications, insurance and Licenses.
- Fees are: $200.00-for Initial Evaluation, $250.00 for Early Childhood evaluations, $160.00 for Individual, Couples and Family Therapy sessions. Fees are based on 53-minute sessions. Infant and Preschooler Mental Health services are available as Individual and/or Family therapy services.
Groups are available at times. Costs are based on class size, materials and/ or books used. Groups may be covered by insurance. NO GROUPS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME 8-6-23.
